Coaching

Personal 1-1 coaching is the most comprehensive program we offer and the program you will see more personal results.

Group Coaching

Group Coaching is a great way to begin your transformational journey.  Groups sizes are kept small to ensure each group member gets adequate 1-1 coaching support.  And even though you wont get as much 1-1 coaching as you would a 1-1 client, there is a benefit to group coaching you can’t get anywhere else. 


 The benefit is that it’s often easier to recognize patterns in others than ourselves.  95% of our neurological wiring is wired to not see the things we need to see in order to get free.  It’s not wired to not see it in others, as a matter of fact it’s wired to spot it in others.  


All groups are curated.  All members of any group we offer have gone through our discovery process to ensure compatibility with group intention.  You can trust that all other group members have passed these 6 qualifiers.
